Living a healthy life isn’t all about just eating and exercises, though it part of it. It’s also about having a positive attitude and healthy lifestyle.
Here are some tips on how to live a healthy life.
Learn to eat balanced diet, observe your three meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Eat more of fruits every day. Consume proteinous meal such as eggs, fish, beans etc.
Drinks more of water:
As human you are expected to drink at least 7 glasses of daily. The human body is made up 70% of water, so it is essential to drink water daily.
Regular exercise reduce weight, increase self-esteem, decrease stress and anxiety. People are never too old to start exercise, so make it a date to exercise daily.
Get enough sleep:
Some individual, think that sleeping is a sign of weakness or laziness but actually it’s not. For Adult, we are expecting to sleep at least 7 to 9 hours daily. The body need it, so therefore don’t deprive it.
Avoid smoking and drinking Alcohol:
Smoking and drinking has great adverse effect in the body. For a better healthy life, reduce smoking and drinking, if possible avoid it. There are a lot of disease associated with smoking and drinking such as cancer, leukemia, hypertension, kidney failure etc.
Avoid unprotected sex:
Having multiple partners with unprotected sex is a path to early grave. If you are having multiple partners try and use condom. But for better prevention avoid sex with different partners.
This is one important aspect of healthy living. Always think, say, imagine positive things. Don’t use your mouth to pronounce negative words against yourself but instead be positive.
