Overweight is having more fat than is optimally healthy. There are various ways in which one can avoid overweight but i will list out some.

Which are;

  1. Control your appetite for food
  2. Exercise, even moderately, for at least 30 minutes a day.
  3. Eat more fruit, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains.
  4. Use vegetable-based oils rather than animal-based fats
  5. Cut down your consumption of fatty and sugary foods.
  6. Be encouraged and determined to avoid overweight totally.
  7. Getting enough sleep
