Overweight is having more fat than is optimally healthy. There are various ways in which one can avoid overweight but i will list out some.
- Control your appetite for food
- Exercise, even moderately, for at least 30 minutes a day.
- Eat more fruit, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains.
- Use vegetable-based oils rather than animal-based fats
- Cut down your consumption of fatty and sugary foods.
- Be encouraged and determined to avoid overweight totally.
- Getting enough sleep
